I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful with some Amazonian characteristics, extremely comfortable, and the location felt like a jungle getaway in the middle of the city. The service was exceptional, offering advice, support, and even taking messages from my tour company. The dining experience was delightful with local fruits and juices. However, there could be a bit more interest in the needs of a hotel guest. The facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool and the nice lobby to relax in.
